Role Summary/Purpose Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for company products. Tasks are highly complex, with a wide variety of diverse elements from various disciplines to be considered in problem solving.
Essential Responsibilities 1. Develops formal Quality Assurance program plans and policies.2. Applies and executes quality assurance plans for programs.3. Maintains quality standards for company products.4. Develops and executes test plans. 5. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results.6. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective action.7. Trains Engineering on System Integration & Verification practices.8. Remain knowledgeable and in compliance with all company Environmental, Health, and Safety practices, and proactively address EHS issues that exist within the employee's immediate work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements - Requires Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent experience in project planning and quality assurance / quality control environments, and formal quality assurance training.- Requires a minimum of 4 years related experience, including quality assurance and functional experience (i.e. software, electrical, or hardware).- Knowledge of testing (PRODUCT TESTING) and debugging methods.- Oral and written communication skills.
Desired Characteristics Able to think independently.Must be a self-starter. Ability to interact easily with peers and those who are directed. Able to generate well-written reports and technical write-ups.

This post is not correct because I have personally received an email from Atish.
This is the email content I have received from Atish.
Many people may have visited your post, so if possible, Can u write one more post to create awareness among job seekers about this whole episode and not to forward any cv for JP Opening. because based on post uploaded by some other user, still i am receiving many CV's.
